ImageArt and Jennifer Williams

Having been in the workforce since age 13 in Stockbridge, GA, Art Williams brings a serious work ethic to his clients. Beginning as an electrician's helper at that young age, to working as a janitor for a retail store, to loading freight for 4 separate trucking companies while going to college, getting married, and raising two children, Art knows how hard we work for our money and how important it is that it is handled properly. After completing his formal education, he taught high school, loaded more freight, and began his financial services career in 1980. For 11 years, Art worked from the ground floor to become one of the leading independent office owners for one of the top term life insurance marketing organizations in the country. While there, he earned the requisite licenses and registrations to supervise as many as 38 securities sales professionals and was on the forefront of sales and compliance management of that team.

Art knows the importance of "doing it right" when it comes to people's money. After a time as the president of a securities brokerage firm based in San Antonio, TX, Art started his own firm, Freedom Financial Group, and developed it into a company that specialized in the upper income investment markets as well as in estate planning and life insurance. Working closely with leading estate planning attorneys, Art stayed on the cutting edge with those who designed the most sought-after strategies for preserving wealth.

Throughout his career, Art has earned many awards for sales production, persistency of business, and proper compliance within the investment, insurance, mortgage, lending, retirement, and planning arenas. Art has worked closely and carefully, not only with those who have already saved large fortunes, but also with those who seriously desire to build financial security for themselves and for their families.

Knowing that one who has been blessed with much is also responsible to contribute to others, Art volunteered in New York City to help with the clean-up after 9/11. The personal emotional rewards from that effort led Art, after selling Freedom Financial Group in May of 2002, to volunteer to go to Kuwait to help in the build-up for what became Operation Iraqi Freedom. Then, in December of 2003, Art received the opportunity to go to Baghdad for two months to support those who would become the leadership of the U.S. Embassy there. Thereafter, Art became one of the featured professional seminar trainers with the leading One Day Seminar firm in the country, Fred Pryor Seminars/CareerTrack.

Now Art brings both broad and focused experience in life insurance & retirement planning to clients in Texas, in Georgia, and in New York.
